1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

By providing your mobile number to Recur Ltd or to one of our advertising campaigns, you agree to receive text messages from Recur and the business that will contact you about the enquiry you submitted. Messages include appointment scheduling, qualification questions, reminders and follow-ups.

2. CONSENT

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By submitting your details you confirm the number belongs to you and you are authorised to receive messages at that number.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY & FEES

Message frequency varies depending on your engagement. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Recur does not charge you directly for messages.

4. OPT-OUT

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. After you opt out we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further messages. We will honour your request within ten business days and will add your number to our suppression list so that you are not contacted again.

You can also opt out by emailing contact@recuragency.com, or by telling any member of our team during a call.

If you would like to start receiving messages again, you can opt back in by submitting a new enquiry.

6. AUTOMATED MESSAGING

Some of our initial messages are sent by an automated system rather than a person. You can ask to speak with a human at any point.

7. CARRIERS

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. PRIVACY

We handle mobile numbers and message content as described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Our full Terms of Service also apply.
